Planning
Being new built or renovation projects Avocadoo listens and understands what matters to you and learn how daily life unfolds within your world. We implement them into architecture and construction plans; furniture, plumbing, lighting, electrical point replacements, ceiling treatment, tile layouts, as well as elevations, sections and details where required. We provide all working plans enjoy the process of helping you articulate your own taste and vision using our breadth of industry knowledge and breathe new life into your new or already existing space.
Concept, materials and visualisation
After discussing with you we start with the Development of the design concept were we show the style we want to achieve in the areas we will be designing. This includes a mood board illustrating the look and feel of your new rooms including, but not limited to, colour pallet, material finishes, flooring, lighting and accessories. Once these are approved our designs and colour schemes are over laid into your new space in the form of 3D renders to help you visualise our concept.
professional providers
Avocadoo selects professional trusted providers to be used during the project including subcontractors, suppliers and consultants and provides an estimate cost for the project. This will ensure that all the design details are discussed before initiation of works.
OUR STORY
once all providers are approved Avocadoo discusses with the contractor and provides and estimated timeline for the works. We monitor the day-to-day works and schedule site visits and onsite-meetings, discuss and provide solutions for issues that might arise during the works while co-ordinating the deliveries of materials with the providers.
scheduling, coordination and site supervision
once the contracting works and furniture are in place we can shop for soft furnishings including window treatments, textiles, rugs/carpets, lighting, accessories and artwork. This will ensure that the desired style and colour balance of the final interior project is met.
styling and procurement
Avocadoo works on any bespoke furniture including and not limited to kitchen cabinetry, vanity units, wardrobes and libraries providing plans and detailed elevations and working with selected carpenters to ensure that all the details are as planned.

Product design
